PUBLICATION OF MINING CHARTERMacRobert wishes to draw your attention to the following important notice
The Minister of Mineral Resources, Mr. Mosebenzi Joseph Zwane has published the Reviewed Broad Based Black-Ecomonic Empowerment Charter (the Mining Charter) of the South African Mining and Minerals Industry, 2016 (Reviewed Mining Charter, 2017). The Mining Charter comes into operation from date of publication in the Government Gazette i.e. 15 June 2017. To review a copy of the Mining Charter, please click here.
